  1. David Winer was the keynote speaker at MacHack 96.  Helluva 
  2. conference, but a combative keynote address.  
  3.  
  4. "Jousting with the Whiner" is based entirely on the SPROCKETS
  5. package distributed by Apple Computer.  This is a minor 
  6. adjustment to sample code that comes with the system.  A very
  7. impressive tool.  I recommend it.  And thanks for all your help, 
  8. Mike.

  10. The images of Dave were captured from a video taken at the
  11. opening address at the midnight opening of the conference.
  12. Photoshop was used to muck with the images and SoundEdit16
  13. was used to edit the audio.  Have fun.  Think I'll win the jacket?
